The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $17.75 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $17.75 USD - $26.65 USD per hour.

As an On-Demand Team Member (TM), you can work as much or as little as you like and your schedule may vary based on shift availability and store needs. You will not be included on the posted weekly schedule, but you can create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members via the myTime scheduling app.

Attendance and engagement are essential, including picking up shifts and working at least one shift every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours). If you do not respond to contact attempts or do not work a shift within 5 months, employment may be terminated. A Target Welcome orientation and short-term training are required, followed by ongoing scheduling through myTime. This role supports guest experience and store operations across multiple service areas including guest interaction, loyalty enrollment, and store cleanliness, with knowledge of in-store and digital services and solutions to drive adoption and guest loyalty.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to understand and solve their specific needs and inquiries.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Inform guests about current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events.
• Promote and assist with Target Loyalty programs and fulfillment services; direct guests to enroll, activate, and use them.
• Demonstrate how to use Wallet and other Target App features and offerings.
• Handle returns according to policy, involving leadership as needed to resolve guest concerns.
• De-escalate situations and recover the guest experience following Target policies and procedures.
• Provide accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-Up orders, and related duties with compliance to laws and policies.
• Assist with Cash Office processes as needed, including cash systems management.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise, including lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with or without assistance.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and respond to store needs.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions, including Drive-Up and carryout environments.
• Ability to remain mobile for scheduled shift duration.
