The role is seasonal/part-time during the holiday period. You will be the face of Bath & Body Works, helping customers find the best products and delivering an exceptional and consistent customer experience to drive sales in a high-energy store environment.

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and inviting.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
• Maintain policies and procedures in all work activities.
