Territory Account Managers

Equipment Share is searching for a Territory Account Manager for our Tooling Solutions rental location to be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

• Produce revenue inside facilities by signing contracts or acquiring an MSA
• Generate revenue by renting directly to non-contract facilities
• Work with local industrial reps in multiple markets
• Gather all information on requirements to facilitate RFQs
• Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests
• Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how Equipment Share can help save them money, make more money, and operate more efficiently.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from Equipment Share. Keep them up-to-date about new or additional ways in which Equipment Share can help improve their business.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.
• Frequent travel:
  Must be able to physically visit locations within the assigned territory.

• First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who’s tenacious, innovative, and possesses superior sales skills
• 5 years experience in industrial facilities
• Industrial contract knowledge
• Knowledge in general rental, pump and power, and industrial tooling
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest Equipment Share products and services
