Field Sales Representative – Tru Green

Tru Green is hiring a Field Sales Representative dedicated to engaging with homeowners to introduce personalized lawn care solutions. You’ll use Tru Green’s Sales Playbook to turn door-to-door interactions into lasting customer relationships.

• Engage with new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibes
• Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household
• Turn inquiries into signed customers with a proven sales methodology and processes
• Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow-through
• Cross-sell and upsell with expertise to help customers elevate their lawns

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are valued
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills, both casual conversation and closing talks
• Solid time management and a self-starter mindset
• Comfort with technology and mobile devices (no coding needed)
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors
