Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell, the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board.

We're currently seeking a Carpenter/Caulker/Apprentice for our multi-family and commercial portfolio of properties. The candidate will work full-time out of our South Plainfield office, South Plainfield, NJ, but will be assigned to various locations as needed. This position is Monday through Friday.

• Assist in Commercial Division as a Carpenter / Caulker / Apprentice
• Assist in Finding Leaks
• Set up and work on Scaffolding, Ladders and Aerial Lifts
• Carpentry and Labor Work
• Cut out old caulking and reapply new caulking in a neat clean manner

Please note:

Those with primarily Residential Experience will not be considered. Commercial experience required.

• Must Pass Drug and Background Check
