Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, Distribution/ General Warehouse, Forklift Operator
Warehouse Associate – South Plainfield, NJ – Contract To Hire – $20.00 - $21.00 – Onsite – 8 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m.
- Assist with daily warehouse operations and assigned tasks.
- Receive, move, organize, and store products in designated locations.
- Assist with picking, packing, shipping, and inventory activities as assigned.
- Verify products and quantities when handling warehouse materials.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage.
- Follow proper lifting and material‑handling procedures.
- Assist coworkers when needed to maintain workflow.
- Report damaged products, shortages, unsafe conditions, or equipment problems to management.
- Operate warehouse equipment only when authorized.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Prior warehouse or shipping experience preferred but not required.
- Physical ability to handle products and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
