We are a busy general dental practice looking for a personable RDH to add to our team. The practice is well established and well managed. We want someone with skill but also be able to fit with the current practice culture of fun and professionalism. Applicants must be reliable, have a positive and professional demeanor, be a self‑starter, have a strong work ethic, and provide the best care to their patients.

The candidate should have a strong periodontal care philosophy. New or recent grads are welcome to apply.

We have an immediate opening for a Dental Hygienist. You will perform examinations and extensive cleanings, take x-rays when necessary, and administer fluoride treatments. At the end of each cleaning, you will provide our patients with instructions on effective brushing and flossing techniques. You must have a current state license or be able to obtain one. We pride ourselves in providing excellent care to all of our patients and expect our hygienists to be attentive and detailed in their cleanings.

• Gather patient information and health background
• Take x-rays when necessary
• Prepare the work area for procedures
• Clean and polish patients’ teeth
• Scaling & Root Planing
• Educate patients on good oral hygiene habits
• Update patient records
• Sterilizing dental instruments and equipment
• Restock treatment areas

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from an accredited program
• Current state license and x-ray certification or able to obtain
• Excellent understanding of dental hygiene procedures
• Knowledge of aseptic and sterilization techniques
• Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 – 36 per week
