What Were Looking For
We want to connect with CADD professionals who:
- Have 35 years of drafting/design experience in survey or civil engineering.
- Are proficient in Bentley Micro Station InRoads and/or Open Roads Designer (ORD).
- Bring strong AutoCAD skills (Carlson Survey experience a plus).
- Understand Maine
DOT CADD standards and plan requirements (preferred). - Communicate clearly, stay organized, and thrive in a collaborative project setting.
- Care about producing work that is precise, efficient, and reliable.
What Youll Do
- Transform survey data into existing conditions surveys and client-ready drawings.
- Prepare right-of-way plans that meet Maine
DOT and client specifications. - Convert data between AutoCAD and Micro Station platforms.
- Research and compile transportation/right-of-way records.
- Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Support engineers and project managers with documentation and deliverables.
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, innovation, and technical excellence.
