Bowling and Events Associate

$18.00/hr - $19.75/hr

• Conduct alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct lost and found procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Seek constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
• Comply and maintain confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.

• High School diploma (GED accepted). Prefer one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

• The employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected.
• Noise level is typically loud.

• Bend, stretch, twist, climb, and maintain high mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
• Stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times.
• Use hands/fingers to handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance.

• 1 hour of time play (non-prize) arcade games per week.
• 90 minutes of bowling per week (shoes included).
• 1 hour of karaoke/billiards per week.
• 50% discount on food items per working shift.
• 1 free beverage per working shift.
