As a Consumer Loan Officer I, you are committed to delivering exceptional member service that aligns with Atlantic FCU's core values and mission. Your goal is to provide personalized assistance to both existing and potential members, addressing their product and service needs, proactively identifying member needs, offering suitable solutions, and exceeding branch sales goals. Member satisfaction is our priority.

Daily

Activities:

• Originating new consumer loans.
• Identifying member needs and cross selling appropriate products and services.
• Coordinating with external partners to efficiently execute loans.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of similar or related experience, with a background in lending or financial institutions.
• Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new platforms.
• Position is primarily based in South Portland but requires willingness to assist members at branch locations when needed.
