Maine Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our Urogynecology practice located at 300 Professional Drive in Scarborough, Maine
. This role is an essential part of the patient experience, supporting both our care team and the patients we serve through compassionate, efficient front‑office operations.

The Patient Service Representative greets patients, answers telephones, schedules appointments, and performs a variety of general office and administrative duties as assigned. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive, welcoming environment for patients.

We are a team of caring, highly engaged professionals dedicated to improving urogynecologic care for patients across Maine. Our practice has recently moved into a beautiful new space
, conveniently located just off Route 1 in Scarborough

• Greet and assist patients in person and by phone
• Answer and triage incoming telephone calls
• Schedule patient appointments and manage calendars
• Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned
• Support clinic operations to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience

• Operating hours:
  Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Per diem position with flexibility in scheduling
• Seeking candidates who can consistently work at least two days per week
• Remote work flexibility may be available after at least six months
