This opportunity is tailored for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience in pediatrics and school settings, providing specialized speech therapy services for elementary-aged students. This contract position supports a K-12 school environment located in South Portland, ME, focusing on students who utilize AAC devices and require compensatory services.

Duration:
Contract through the end of the school year

Schedule:

4-10 hours per week, 1-2 days weekly

Qualifications:

* Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license, with Maine state licensure required

* Experience with pediatric speech therapy in educational settings

* Knowledge of AAC devices and compensatory communication services

Responsibilities:

* Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students

* Implement individualized treatment plans focusing on communication improvements and functional use of AAC devices

* Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student progress

* Maintain accurate documentation of student goals and therapy outcomes
