Temporary Recruiting Support Specialist (Healthcare) – South Portland, ME
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Recruiting Support Specialist to jump in and assist our client's HR/ Talent Acquisition team! This is a 3-month temporary role with the possibility to extend or even grow into something more long-term.
M–F | 9am–5pm | 40 hrs/week | $22–$25/hr | Fully Onsite
What You’ll Be Doing- Helping with clerical and administrative recruiting tasks
- Completing reference checks and background checks
- Supporting a busy HR/TA Partner with day-to-day needs
- Keeping documents and records organized and up to date
- Pitching in with general office and onboarding support as needed
- Someone friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with administrative tasks and working in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in HR or recruiting support is a plus, but not required
