Your Role & Key ResponsibilitiesWorking under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON), you will uphold medical routines, administer care, and serve as a vital link for residents and their families.
Responsibilities include:
- Clinical Care: Administering medications, changing dressings/bandages, checking vitals, and assisting with basic medical procedures.
- Resident Support: Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding) and safely moving residents between beds, wheelchairs, and gurneys.
- Documentation & Communication: Maintaining thorough EMR updates, evaluating resident well-being, reporting changes to medical staff, and explaining treatments to families.
