Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T‑Mobile brand to life. They’re brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in a fast‑paced environment and continuously evolve with technology innovations. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will build expertise in uncovering customer needs and educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions, while completing new employee training.
Job Responsibilities- Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.
- Side‑by‑side sell to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
- Use digital tools consistently to demonstrate coverage, unlimited plans and new features.
- Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience and new processes, and stay updated on wireless innovations.
- Use time on shift efficiently, continually learning and sharing knowledge with peers.
- Collaborate with T‑Mobile employees across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues and hand off small‑business leads.
- Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.
- Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting and having fun.
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, sharing ideas and resolving customer issues.
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
- At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High School Diploma or GED.
