Maine Trust for Local News - the state's largest media organization is seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Media Sales Consultant to help local businesses succeed across a powerful mix of digital, print, and marketing services.

• Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to local businesses
• Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend customized marketing strategies
• Sell a full suite of advertising and marketing solutions, including digital, print, and emerging platforms
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound and inbound sales efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns and deliver measurable results
• Use CRM tools, reporting, and available technology to track activity and optimize performance

• Passionate about supporting local businesses and communities
• A proven sales professional with a consultative, solutions-oriented mindset
• Comfortable discussing digital marketing concepts such as audience targeting, performance metrics, and campaign optimization
• Tech-savvy, with strong computer skills and working knowledge of Google Workspace tools
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
• A clear and confident communicator - both written and verbal
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
