As a Lead Fence Installer, you'll take charge of installation projects from start to finish. You'll manage and motivate a team, uphold high standards of workmanship, and ensure projects are completed on time and to our quality benchmarks.

• Leading installation crews and managing workflow on job sites
• Ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards
  
  Mentoring and training junior installers
• Communicating effectively with team members and clients
• Maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, and professionalism

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• Minimum 2 years of fence installation experience
• Proven leadership abilities and team management skills
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development
