As a Fence Installer, you'll lead and execute fence installation projects from start to finish. You'll ensure top-tier craftsmanship, meet deadlines, and maintain our high standards of quality and safety. Effective communication with clients and team members will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and complete fence installations with precision and efficiency
- Uphold company quality and safety standards
- Maintain clear communication with team members and clients
- Lead by example and help guide less experienced crew members
- Ensure timely project completion
- At least 2 years of fence installation experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
