The Product Selector is responsible for the safe operation of power material handling equipment to accurately select, palletize, and stage beer and non-alcoholic orders for delivery.

• Operate power jack and select products using the web‑based app with RF scanner system, stacking onto pallets.
• Stage pallets in various configurations (block, staircase, vertical) depending on load, products, or instructions.
• Transport materials and items from CEW and other warehouse areas to the loading dock or other designated areas.
• Clean and maintain designated warehouse areas.
• Meet a minimum weekly selecting average of 175 to 200 cases per hour.
• Work mandatory overtime as needed, with exceptions for family or personal appointments.
• Complete daily work assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support a positive and productive work environment by being respectful, civil, and helpful.
• Meet attendance policy expectations.
• Wear appropriate and approved clothing/uniform.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions as required by policy.
• Observe all safety rules and practices to prevent injuries and/or damage.
• Adhere to all company rules, policies, procedures, and expectations.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy.
• Prior pallet jack or forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet goals.
• Ability to understand English and speak clearly to use the web‑based app with RF scanner.

• Regularly use hands to handle or feel; reach forward and overhead with hands and arms; talk or hear.
• Regularly lift and/or carry and push/pull 75 pounds.
• Frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Frequently sit, climb, or balance.
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

• Frequent exposure to cold/heat/weather.
• Frequent exposure to wet, slippery surfaces.
• Noise level: moderate to frequent exposure to loud, unexpected beeping of equipment.
• Moderate to high stress experienced based on seasonal demands.
