A well-established Third-Party Logistics (3PL) company in South River, NJ is looking for an organized and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Account Specialist
. In this role, you will support day-to-day order processing, customer communication, and issue resolution to ensure smooth account management and high service quality.

Long-Term Contract

Pay Rate:
DoE

Schedule: 8 AM – 4:30 PM (Flexible start time: 8:00, 8:30, or 9:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders and enter accurate data into internal systems
  • Communicate with customers and vendors via phone, email, and occasionally in person
  • Acknowledge and confirm orders, provide shipping timelines, and handle invoice processing
  • Address customer inquiries and product/service concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve issues or complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational success
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a logistics, warehouse, or 3PL setting is preferred
  • Previous experience in order processing and customer service
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective follow‑up skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Accurate data entry and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), email, and general computer use
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced logistics environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
