Automotive Service Manager

Base pay range: $52,000.00/yr - $/yr

At Precision Tune Auto Care of Salt Lake City, we are part of a nationwide and international network of Precision Tune Auto Care centers. We offer customers a wide range of services, such as brakes, diagnostics, engine repair, air conditioning, suspensions, tires, alignments, electrical, scheduled maintenance, etc.

• As a store manager, you will greet customers in a friendly manner, develop relationships, and exceed expectations.
• You will coordinate the workflow of technicians, and you will also recommend and sell needed tires and auto repair/maintenance services to customers.

• 10+ years sales/operations/management experience (automotive industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Automotive experience in direct repair and diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance
• ASE certification preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good computer and phone skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
• Be able to pass background check
• Valid Driver's License
• High School degree, college preferred
