Job Description:

This role will manage documentation and lifecycle processes in an Arena PLM. Oversee BOM's, drawings, drawings, specifications, and along with configuration standards. Lead engineering change control processes. Be the main POC/liason for government customers.

Create and deliver training materials and SOPs for document control and Arena PLM usage. Train cross-functional teams and continuously improve workflows to meet DoD, AS9100, and company standards.

Lead Arena PLM administration, optimize workflows, and drive adoption of structured change processes across systems (Arena PLM, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics). Collaborate with IT on system integration and access control, and track performance through KPIs.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of document control, configuration management or PLM Administration within the aerospace industry.
• Arena PLM experience, with workflow administration, BOM management, change management and QMS modules
• EIA-649 configuration management principles and knowledge of ITAR-controlled data processes
• ISO 9001 experience
• Experience in Data Governance
