Responsibilities

• Welding Operations:
  Perform welding tasks according to specifications and blueprints using various welding techniques.
• Fixture Design:
  Develop and design fixtures to enhance welding processes, improve efficiency, and ensure consistent quality.
• Inline Quality Inspection:
  Conduct thorough inline quality inspections to ensure that welding processes meet the highest standards and comply with industry regulations.
• Process Troubleshooting:
  Identify and troubleshoot welding process issues to minimize downtime and maintain optimal efficiency.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate and detailed records of welding activities, including specifications, inspection results, and any troubleshooting efforts.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with other team members, including engineers and production staff, to achieve seamless integration of welding processes within the overall manufacturing workflow.
• Safety Compliance:
  Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Other duties as required.

• Experience:
  
  2+ years of hands-on experience in welding operations within a manufacturing setting.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficient in various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Arc);
  Strong fixture design skills;
  Demonstrated ability to conduct inline quality inspections.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting welding processes.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in welding or related fields are a plus.
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and articulate technical information clearly.
• Problem-Solving:
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve welding process issues.
• Safety Conscious:
  Committed to maintaining a safe working environment and complying with all safety regulations.

• Must have the ability to safely lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be capable of standing, bending, and executing repetitive tasks for prolonged periods of time.
