About the Role

As an Apprentice Electrician
, you will be responsible for day-to-day installation of PV and battery systems, and managing parts and tools. This role requires great customer service and teamwork skills, a high attention to detail and commitment to a high quality of work. We are looking for team members to support our company's growth and continued success. Responsibilities
  • Install solar panels and switch gear to complete PV solar systems up to NEC and local code standards in both residential and commercial settings
  • Perform service maintenance and repairs, as needed
  • Provide a high level of customer service and communicate timely updates to customers
  • Complete necessary documentation to report and update job status or any customer issues
  • Prioritize and practice all safety standards for you and your crew
  • Maintain a clean job site, fleet vehicle and stock parts and tools
  • Be reliable and on time to the job
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Required Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent and a desire to learn the electrical trade and obtain Electrician certification
  • Top-notch organizational skills as well as a close attention to details
  • Experience in web and mobile software applications
  • May be required to use ladders at varying heights, specialized equipment (scissor lifts/man lifts, etc.), and lift heavy items (up to 60 lbs)

  • Current enrollment in or completion of a state‑approved apprenticeship program or accredited electrical trade school
