Job Title:

Lease Accountant (Contract)

LHH is seeking a talented Lease Accountant to join our client's team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment in South San Francisco.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain lease accounting records in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of lease transactions.

Prepare and review lease accounting schedules and reports.

Assist in the implementation of new lease accounting standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with lease agreements.

Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in lease accounting or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of lease accounting standards and regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Rate: $40-$45 per hour
