BEPC is seeking a Business Product Manager II to support a client-facing Patient Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform within a highly regulated healthcare environment. This role is responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, adoption, and continuous improvement of a Patient CRM product that supports both digital and in-person engagement.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with business leaders, technical product managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, and Marketing teams. This role blends strategic product leadership with hands‑on execution, ensuring CRM capabilities deliver meaningful, compliant, and personalized patient and healthcare professional experiences.

• Partner with business and product leadership to define and execute a digital‑forward Patient CRM product roadmap, including features, timelines, and dependencies
• Collaborate with technical product managers to deliver CRM enhancements aligned with overall product vision
• Serve as the primary business point of contact for feedback, enhancements, and user requests related to Patient CRM
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, including functional and non‑functional performance standards
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of new CRM features
• Drive rollout and adoption of new CRM capabilities across new and existing user groups
• Establish and maintain business standards, templates, and best practices for CRM usage
• Coordinate with IT and enterprise product teams to ensure seamless CRM integration and execution
• Partner with Customer Experience teams to ensure CRM usability and value for end users
• Monitor healthcare and pharmaceutical industry trends to inform CRM strategy and innovation
• Ensure CRM features align with compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements
• Support field‑facing teams with CRM functionality that enables timely, personalized patient interactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, operations, science, marketing, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in product management, digital product operations, or a similar role
• Proven experience owning product components or initiatives from strategy through implementation
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product roadmaps
• Hands‑on experience supporting UAT and rolling out new features to diverse user populations
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and experimentation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous, or evolving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries
• Experience managing enterprise CRM platforms such as Veeva or Salesforce
• Strong understanding of omnichannel engagement strategies tailored to patient audiences
• Demonstrated ability to foster innovation and continuous improvement

• Work Environment: Hybrid / Onsite as required by the client
