Job DescriptionDuties: Design, develop, and implement training courses and supporting materials for Learning Solution programs focused on Good Clinical Practices and Good Pharmacovigilance Practices within the Product Development Organization.
Lead and manage course development for smaller (less complex) projects using multiple learning modalities (e.g., online, instructor-led).
Support the development of training for senior designers.
Perform training needs analysis for projects and courses in collaboration with subject matter experts and key stakeholders.
Apply instructional design standards in developing training materials.
Collaborate with SMEs to develop training content.
Create and implement project communications for internal teams, clients, stakeholders, sponsors, and management with guidance as needed.
Skills: Knowledge of standard Instructional Design methodologies (ADDIE).
Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Process-oriented and a self-starter.
Ability to develop technical and conceptual training materials for diverse audiences.
Proven skill in creating effective knowledge and skills assessments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Experience with web-based training authoring tools and multimedia (e.g., Articulate Storyline II, Captivate).
Experience in GxP-compliant industries is preferred.
Education: BS/BA required; MA in Instructional Design or related field preferred.
