Right At School provides local school districts with before‑ and after‑school extended day programs focused on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students. Our mission is to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give families peace of mind while creating a safe, engaging experience for children.

Pay Rate: $21–$23 per hour (based on education and experience)
Program

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 1 pm – 6 pm. Early start every Wednesday at 12:30 pm – 6 pm.

• Daily program meetings to review goals, share ideas, discuss progress, and encourage collaboration.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities, preparing curriculum that aligns with program objectives and keeps children engaged.
• Lead by example to maintain a safe and nurturing environment with effective classroom management.
• Prioritize safety, monitor the environment, address hazards, and follow all safety protocols, including documenting attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Team‑player with excellent collaboration abilities.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age (preferred).
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Commitment to inspiring a love for learning and healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

• Meet state‑specific requirements.
• Cleared tuberculosis test.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• 18 + years of age.
• Proof of high‑school diploma/GED.
• Live Scan fingerprint background check.
