The construction process includes three phases:
Pre-construction/Pre-development, Construction, and Post Construction/Close Out. We pride ourselves on quality services and flexible delivery methods, acting as General Contractor, Design-Builder, Construction Manager, or Developer as needed.

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will provide real-time support via live chat, resolving customer queries efficiently. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support and assistance.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience.
  • Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or similar roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in typing and live chat software.
