The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Research Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in South San Francisco, CA
.

Job Description:

• Perform biochemical, immunological, and cell-based assays to support process development, product characterization, stability, and lot release
• Execute sample preparation and testing using established GMP procedures
• Review, document, and release assay data (electronic and paper-based)
• Prepare reagents, present results, and monitor assay performance and quality
• Maintain compliance with GDP, ALCOA+ principles, data integrity, and EHS practices

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Biological Sciences with 1–5 years of relevant lab experience
• Hands-on experience with immunological and/or cell-based assays
  , including:
  • ELISA
  • PCR
  • Flow cytometry
  • Cell killing assays
• Aseptic mammalian cell culture experience (required)
• Highly Preferred Skills (Strong Differentiators)
• Flow cytometry platforms & analysis:
  • BD FACSDiva / FACSLyric
  • Flow Jo
• Digital lab & GxP systems:
  • Benchling
  • Soft Max Pro (GxP-compliant)
  • Single LIMS
  • Veeva QMS
• Prior experience working in a regulated cGMP QC or analytical development setting
