About You and The Role

This role will be based out of our South San Francisco HQ with flexibility to work remotely as needed (1‑2 times a week). We will support relocation should you need it!

What You’ll Do
  • Partner closely with executives, org leads & hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and coach them on how to maximize hiring output for their team
  • Strategically plan and own a pipeline of diverse, exceptionally qualified candidates and ensure a first‑class experience throughout the entire process
  • Continuously hone your pitch and ability to understand what motivates candidates and why Zipline could be the perfect place for them to grow their career and have a huge impact
  • Help to ensure that Zipline is prioritizing diversity in all of our hiring efforts across the company
  • Creatively leverage various platforms to source and engage extraordinary talent
  • Collaborate with other recruiters on the team, leveling up the function, sharing best practices & helping to ensure we reach our collective goals
  • Model best practices when it comes to data cleanliness and candidate communication
  • Have fun and feel energized by having a helping hand in growing Zipline and building a legendary company!
What You’ll Bring
  • Over 4 years of high‑volume, full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing exceptional operational and/or technical talent
  • Strong organizational skills & ability to multitask and adapt to fast‑paced startup environment
  • Passion for building diverse teams & pipelines
  • Creative problem‑solver, going the extra mile to close the top talent and passionate about cultivating the most enjoyable candidate experience
  • Willingness to invest in your own growth and become true partner to our engineering teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What Else You Need to Know

The starting cash range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact. The total compensation package for this role may also include: equity compensation;
