Cognizant is seeking a contractor to work with Pharmaceutical IT groups in a GxP environment. The job involves providing support for new and existing hardware and software, troubleshooting and resolving assigned tasks/issues, and communicating with clients and stakeholders in both IT and Business. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and technical skills in Service Desk and Service Desk App Support domain.
The candidate must understand and adhere to standards regarding applicable corporate policies, especially GxP compliance.

Upward management and peer mentoring are key leadership responsibilities and are indicators for readiness to move to Consulting Manager.
