Infrastructure Project Manager
Location:
South SF (onsite role)
Duration: 6+ months
Start date late Jan
Skills:
- 5 years+ of experience in device management and rollout (Mac Book, Windows, iPads, MDM (JamF, Intune).
Coordinate with users on deployment and develop policies and procedures. - Primary focus will be managing the deployment, engaging users, creating policy and procedures
- Focus: Technical Project Management on the Infrastructure side
- Lead and manage device deployment projects (Mac Books, Windows laptops, iPads)
- Coordinate closely with deployment technicians to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Engage with end users during rollout to ensure smooth adoption and resolve issues
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for device management and lifecycle
- Oversee infrastructure-related initiatives beyond device rollout as needed
- 5+ years in infrastructure project management
- Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf and Intune
- Strong background in device management and rollout across mixed environments (Mac, Windows, iOS)
- Proven ability to manage schedules, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Strong communication and user engagement capabilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams and business stakeholders
