Lilly Tune Lab is an artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) platform that provides biotech companies access to drug discovery models trained on years of Lilly's research data. In this role, you will lead engagement with Tune Lab members developing biologics to support their success upon joining Tune Lab. This engaged and growing drug discovery community includes startups, established biotechs, mid-cap pharma, and beyond requiring you to engage and communicate across multiple levels and types of Tune Lab members. Through your drug discovery and modeling expertise, you will provide critical support to partners for them to see maximal value from using Tune Lab.

You will also provide product feedback to Tune Lab, helping shape the roadmap and strategy of the future capabilities of Tune Lab. Further you will interact with the expanding ecosystem of Tune Lab partners ranging from model developers, electronic notebook providers, and CROs to ensure the best experience for Tune Lab members. This role is essential to expanding the platform’s reach and developing an ecosystem of contributors and users who accelerate AI-powered drug discovery.

• Partner Support and Management

• Support Tune Lab partners developing biologics to ensure technical success using the growing set of models, workflows, and functionalities within Tune Lab

• Build partner case studies and identify partner champions to demonstrate how Tune Lab is impacting drug discovery

• Product Feedback and new capabilities implementation

• Engage existing Tune Lab partners to identify high-need product improvements

• Communicate with Tune Lab Product team to translate technical feedback into potential product improvements

• Roll-out of new features and capabilities to existing Tune Lab members

• Community Building and Visibility

• Represent the platform at scientific meetings, AI/ML community gatherings, and user group events

• Cultivate a sense of identity and shared purpose among Tune Lab participants
