• Clean and sanitize food processing equipment and facility (floors, walls, surfaces)
• Sweep, scrub, remove trash and perform specified janitorial work
• Pick, Pull, Pack and Ship Orders of 25lb-50lb bags of flour
• Forklift/Pallet Jack use
• Maintain records, files, and processes documentation in accordance with GMPs and good documentation principles

• Ability to lift 75lbs regularly and work on feet for prolonged periods
• Ability to communicate with others in clear, courteous and helpful way
• High School Diploma or GED with basic Math, Reading and Writing skills
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred
• To be able to wear personal protective equipment as required
• To be detail oriented, have care and concern for accurate and efficient work product, keep busy and help others/the Company with a humble, graceful and ‘no job too small’ attitude
