About the RoleWe’re looking for a savvy, multifaceted marketer who thrives in a fast-paced personal care brand. This role is perfect for someone who can wear many hats, move seamlessly between creative and analytical work, and support cross-functional teams to drive brand growth.
Key Responsibilities- Capture high-quality in-house photography for products and marketing assets, and edit images for web and social media use.
- Lead email marketing efforts, including designing campaigns, building automation workflows, and analyzing performance.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Manage backend marketing systems, including data collection, analysis, and reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Take initiative to research, learn, and implement new marketing tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Execute marketing campaigns independently, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and brand guidelines.
- Perform administrative tasks for the Marketing Manager, including website upkeep, ensuring product description consistency, and maintaining/creating marketing documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
- 1–3+ years of marketing experience; beauty, skincare, or wellness background is a plus.
- Strong balance of creative and analytical skill sets.
- Experience with product photography, Adobe Creative Suite/Canva, and marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of GA4, KPIs, and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and website CMS platforms.
- Understanding of paid social/Google Ads and digital campaign best practices.
- Excellent project management skills — able to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to jump in where needed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate insights and recommendations.
