• Select high-value ARC Center merchandise for the ecommerce platform and supply physical stores.
• Test items for functionality and authenticity prior to posting.
• Use third-party research software (Tera Peak) and listing/shipping software (Sure Done, Ship Station).
• Photograph items for the auction website.
• Handle phone and email customer support promptly.
• Follow up on all orders with customers in real time.
• Meet daily posting quotas and weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Partner with the District Sales Manager, E-Commerce Specialist Associate, and team members in daily ecommerce operations.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Demonstrated competency in skill area as indicated by verifiable training and/or experience.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
• Ability to grasp, push, pull objects and move heavy objects such as furniture and packages.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform various repetitive motion tasks.

Stores operate 7 days per week. Work schedules are determined by Management and employees must be flexible to ensure adequate coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
