Seeking an experienced Software Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing tools and platforms that enable the acceleration of clinical trial development, ultimately bringing life-changing medicines to patients faster.

• Work collaboratively with a cross functional team of engineers, analysts and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable end-to-end software solutions
• Build, and maintain highly responsive and intuitive user interfaces and applications using modern JavaScript and ReactJS
• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test automation suites (unit, integration, and end-to-end) using tools such as Playwright, PyTest and Jest to ensure high code quality and software reliability
• Drive Dev Ops best practices by building and managing robust CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git Hub Actions, or Git Lab CI) for automated testing and continuous deployment
• Provision, manage, and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS) utilizing containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Cloud Formation
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle within an Agile environment, including system design, coding, code reviews, and architecture planning.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on building, and supporting scalable production web applications
• Effective use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) to enhance coding efficiency, testing, and documentation
• Proficiency in backend development using Python (experience with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
• Proficiency in frontend development using JavaScript (ES6+) and ReactJS
• Experience with AWS, and modern Dev Ops/deployment practices (Docker, CI/CD tools, IaC)
• Experience writing automated tests and working with modern testing frameworks for both front-end and back-end
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.

• Experience building data-intensive applications that manipulate and visualize complex datasets
• Hands-on experience providing operational support for production applications, including system monitoring, incident response, and infrastructure troubleshooting
• Experience designing and developing robust end-to-end automated test frameworks to ensure quality and reliability across complex production web applications
• Proficiency in SQL for writing complex queries, and optimizing database performance (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Knowledge of industry data standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GxPand HIPAA/GDPR)
