A public sector client is seeking a Building Surveyor to join their Responsive Repairs Team in South Shields. This full-time position requires experience in local authority environments. Responsibilities include carrying out surveying tasks, inspections, producing specifications, and liaising with contractors. Qualifications include an HNC/HND or degree in Building Surveying.
