This TA role focuses on supporting pupils with communication and interaction needs, helping them find their voice and feel understood throughout the school day.

• Supporting pupils with speech, language and communication needs
• Delivering small group and 1:1 communication activities
• Using tools such as visual supports, PECs or Makaton
• Encouraging positive social interaction and emotional regulation
• Working alongside Speech and Language specialists

• Experience supporting pupils with ASD or communication needs
• A creative, patient and encouraging approach
• Confidence building strong, trusting relationships
• TA qualification is welcome but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
