We’re seeking a Behaviour Support Teacher who can engage pupils who may have experienced disrupted schooling. You’ll teach small classes, build trusted relationships and help pupils re-establish positive attitudes to learning.

• Teaching KS3–KS4 pupils in small groups
• Supporting behaviour regulation and positive routines
• Using restorative and relationship-based approaches
• Adapting lessons creatively to maintain engagement
• Working closely with pastoral and safeguarding teams

• QTS/QTLS
• Experience in behaviour support, SEMH or challenging settings
• Strong resilience, consistency and communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
