Protocol Education is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a Behaviour Support Assistant in South Shields. In this role, you will support secondary school students with emotional and behavioural needs, encouraging positive development and classroom engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students in managing challenging behaviour
Promote emotional regulation and resilience
Work collaboratively with school staff and external professionals
Implement tailored behaviour plans
Requirements:
Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
A proactive and adaptable approach
Experience in a school or youth setting is advantageous
Pay Scales depend on skills, qualifications and experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
