Salary: £120 - 200 per day – PAYE

We’re working with a supportive and specialist SEMH school seeking a confident, adaptable Secondary Teacher to join their team full-time this September.

About the Role:Full-time teaching across secondary year groups
General teaching responsibilities (no subject specialism required)
Classroom-based role within a well-supported SEMH setting
Excellent guidance from in-school staff and your Protocol consultant
Experience working in SEMH or alternative provision (desirable, not essential)
Resilient, calm under pressure, and skilled at building rapport quickly
Confident in managing challenging behaviour with a nurturing approach
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification preferred
Weekly pay via PAYE – no umbrella companies
Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
FREE access to our CPD Academy, including Behaviour and SEMH training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
