Primary Trainee Teacher role is ideal for:

• 3rd year university students seeking work after their final placement

• 1st and 2nd year students wanting to build classroom confidence early

• Aspiring teachers looking for a pathway into permanent roles

You’ll work in primary schools providing teaching and learning support
, similar to a Teaching Assistant role, while gaining invaluable classroom experience. Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the class teacher with lessons and activities

• Working with small groups or 1:1 pupils

• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and routines

• Gaining exposure across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
