This is a Permanent, Part Time vacancy that will close in a day at 23:59 GMT.

Permanent, Part Time, 25‑30 hours per week, Term Time Only (37 weeks). Salary scale:
Professional Services Salary Scale 3;
Spine points 8‑11. Actual salary for 30 hours, term time only 37 weeks is £16,685.99. Actual part‑time salary will be based on the hours agreed.
- Provide tailored support to learners with a range of disabilities, both in group settings and one‑to‑one.
- Assist in the delivery of learning programmes, including support with Maths and English.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
- Work closely with teaching staff and support teams to ensure learners reach their full potential.
- Experience supporting SEND learners across a range of disabilities.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C/Level 2 or willingness to work towards.
- Strong communication and ICT skills.
- A positive, empathetic attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience supporting learners with behaviours that challenge.
- Experience supporting learners in Maths and English.
- Level 3 Diploma in Education and Training.
- Higher level teaching assistant qualification.
- Awareness of current developments in Further Education and SEND.
