Job Overview

Permanent, full‑time Lecturer (Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week). £38,026 – £39,279 per annum (salary scale points 30–31) with an additional recruitment and retention premium that can bring the total maximum salary to £43,069 per annum.

864 teaching hours per annum. 48 days annual leave (including bank holidays) and the opportunity to join the TPS pension scheme.

Deliver lectures, seminars and practical sessions in marine subjects to a range of student levels.

Prepare teaching materials, mark assessments and support student learning and progression.

Contribute to course development, assessment design and curriculum improvement.
