Protocol Education Ltd is seeking an Inclusion and Behaviour Support Assistant in South Shields to help young people overcome learning barriers. The role is centered on supporting students with SEMH needs and promoting positive behaviour within a specialist PRU.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children, demonstrate strong behaviour management skills, and be fully available for a temporary position, with potential for permanence. Commitment to safeguarding is essential, and all candidates must have or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS.
