We wish to appoint a practising Catholic Lay Chaplain to work with all members of our school community, supporting our journey of faith and helping us put our mission statement into practice in our Work, Worship and Relationships.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Support the school community in living out faith values and mission.
• Provide pastoral care and spiritual guidance.
• Assist in organising worship and faith activities.
• Collaborate with staff, parents and students to foster an inclusive spiritual environment.
• Develop and promote new ideas and approaches to extend the role and meet community needs.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Practising Catholic with strong personal qualities and relevant skills.
• Experience in pastoral care or relevant ministry setting highly desirable.
• Commitment to safeguarding and protection of pupils.
• Suitable for Enhanced DBS check and online safeguarding verification.
