• Work effectively under the instruction/guidance of teaching/senior staff to support to a high standard the teaching and learning of all pupils.
• Work efficiently and effectively to assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
• Be passionate about pupil learning, progress and wellbeing.
• Be enthusiastic, flexible and committed.
• Be able to promote and support the Catholic ethos of the school.
