Overview
Are you confident supporting children who need additional behavioural and emotional support? We are seeking dedicated Behaviour Support Assistants to work within specialist SEND settings supporting pupils with SEMH, Autism, ADHD and associated learning needs.
Responsibilities- Supporting pupils during lessons and unstructured times.
- Helping young people develop emotional regulation strategies.
- Delivering targeted interventions.
- Promoting positive behaviour throughout the school day.
- Working collaboratively with teachers and pastoral teams.

Both experienced Behaviour Support Assistants and those with transferable skills from care or youth work are encouraged to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
